Retention Categories. The District shall determine the positions to be retained and the 19 certification/endorsement requirements for such positions. Such certification/endorsement 20 requirements shall form the basis for the establishment of district-wide retention categories: 21 1. Elementary P-5 classroom teachers (including Title, LAP and Special Education 22 teachers) or current grade level configuration; 23 2.
