QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible to avail oneself of the incentives contained herein, the Teacher must have been in consecutive employment at District 209U for fifteen (15) consecutive years in a full-time capacity. However, the Board may waive any such qualifying conditions without establishing a precedent or practice.
