Retired Software. We reserve the right to retire the Licensed Software on 30 days' written notice by us at any time during the Licence Term, subject to the Product Specific Terms.

Retired Software. We reserve the right to retire the Subscription Software (and therefore terminate the Subscription) on written notice by us at any time to come into effect at the end of the then current Initial Subscription Period or Renewal Period (as the case may be).

Retired Software. 12.1 Subject to clause 7.9, from the date of retirement specified in the notice ("Retirement Date"), you can continue to use Retired Software under the terms of this Agreement, except: (a) clauses 3, 5.1, 5.4, 6.3 and 9.2 of this Agreement shall not apply in respect of any use of the Retired Software after the Retirement Date, (b) clause 5.3 shall be deemed to include a reference to the Retired Software, (c) clause 9.1 shall apply to the Retired Software except that the reference to clause 9.2 is deleted.

Related to Retired Software

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Software Upgrades Upgrade versions of licensed software/apps are available from time to time. Students may be required to check in their iPads for periodic updates and synching.
