Common use of Retiree Relief Nurse Clause in Contracts

Retiree Relief Nurse. A nurse employed in a relief position that prior to moving 28 into the retiree relief nurse position meets the following requirements: twenty 29 (20) years’ service as defined in Article 14, age eligible for 403B retirement, and 30 in a regular benefited position as defined in Article 5 at the time of transfer into 31 the retiree relief nurse position. The retiree relief nurse will be required to meet 32 the requirements of Article 5.9.

Retiree Relief Nurse. A nurse employed in a relief position that prior to moving 28 into the retiree relief nurse Retiree Relief Nurse position meets must meet the following requirements: twenty 29 (20) 20 years’ service as defined in Article 1411.1, age eligible for 403B retirement, and 30 be in a regular benefited position as defined in per Article 5 3 at the time of transfer into 31 the retiree relief nurse Retiree Relief Nurse position. The retiree relief nurse Retiree Relief Nurse will be required to meet 32 the requirements of Article 5.97.11.

Retiree Relief Nurse. A nurse employed in a relief position that 4 prior to moving 28 into the retiree relief nurse position meets must meet the 5 following requirements: twenty 29 (20) years’ ' service as defined in 6 Article 1411.1, age eligible for 403B retirement, and 30 be in a regular benefited position as defined in Article 5 at the time of transfer into 31 the retiree relief nurse position. The retiree relief nurse will be required to meet 32 the requirements of Article 5.9.regular

Retiree Relief Nurse. A nurse employed in a relief position that prior to moving 28 30 into the retiree relief nurse position meets the following requirements: twenty 29 (20) 31 years’ service as defined in Article 1413.2, age eligible for 403B retirement, and 30 in a 1 regular benefited position as defined in Article 5 at the time of transfer into 31 the 2 retiree relief nurse position. The retiree relief nurse will be required to meet 32 the 3 requirements of Article 5.9.. 4
