Retirement and Appointment. The Retiring Trustee is desirous of retiring as trustee of the Trust pursuant to Clause 23.2 of the Deed. The Retiring Trustee shall retire with effect from the Effective Date and the New Trustee shall be appointed by the Manager as trustee of the Trust with effect from the Effective Date.

  • Salary on Appointment Note: These provisions shall be applied in accordance with any administrative conditions that were in effect at the commencement of this Agreement.
