RETIREMENT PAY AND BENEFITS. The Company shall pay the Executive two months salary as retirement pay, net of applicable FICA, Medicare, federal withholding taxes, and Colorado state withholding taxes, payable in accordance with the Company's regular payroll schedule, and two (2) months of health benefits substantially identical to the health benefits provided prior to the Executive's retirement. After all such salary and benefits have been paid to Executive, Executive shall be offered the same COBRA benefits as are offered to other terminated employees.
