Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees. Employees who have left their employment in the bargaining unit within six (6) months prior to the date of signing of this Agreement, shall be entitled to full retroactivity of any applicable wage increase. Such employees shall be given written notice by registered mail sent by the Employer to the employee’s last known address given to the Employer, that they have sixty (60) calendar days from the signing date of this Collective Agreement in which to claim any retroactive payment.
