Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees. Employees who have left their employment in the bargaining unit between April 1, 2015 and the date of signing shall be entitled to full retroactivity of any applicable wage increase. Such employees shall be given written notice by registered mail sent by the Employer to the employee’s last known address given to the Employer, that the employee has sixty (60) calendar days in which to claim any retroactive payment.
