Common use of Retroactivity Clause in Contracts

Retroactivity. Retroactivity shall only apply to provisions of the salary adjustment in Appendix “A”, annexed hereto. The Employer endeavours to compute and pay the salary adjustments for each Nurse as expeditiously as reasonably possible.
