Common use of Return from Paid Educational Leave Clause in Contracts

Return from Paid Educational Leave. Employees returning from Paid Educational Leave shall remain in the employ of the University for a minimum of one year following completion of their leave. In the event of default in carrying out such obligation the employee may be required to refund all or part of the amount paid by the University to the employee during such leave, on such terms as the University considers appropriate.
