Common use of Return journey Clause in Contracts

Return journey. 37.4.2(a) An employee shall, for the return journey, receive the same time, fares and meal payments as provided in 37.4.1 hereof, together with an amount of $17.10 to cover the cost of transport and transporting tools from the main public transport terminal to the employees usual place of residence. Subject to further order this allowance shall not be payable to employees engaged on weekly hire.

Return journey. 37.4.2(a24.4.2(a) An employee shallwill, for the return journey, receive the same time, fares fares, and meal payments as provided in 37.4.1 hereof24.4.1, together with an amount of $17.10 17.60 to cover the cost of transport transporting the employee and transporting their tools from the main public transport terminal to the employees their usual place of residence. Subject to further order this allowance shall not be payable to employees engaged on weekly hire.

Return journey. 37.4.2(a(i) An employee shallEmployee will, for the return journey, receive the same timepayments provided for the forward journey (see item 4(a), fares and meal payments as provided in 37.4.1 hereofabove). In addition, together with daily hire employees will receive an amount of $17.10 24.27 to cover the cost of transport and transporting tools from the main public transport terminal to the employees employee’s usual place of residence. Subject to further order this allowance shall not be payable to employees engaged on weekly hire.
