Returned or Rejected Items. If a check that is deposited using the On-Site Teller Service or Mobile Banking Deposit Service is returned to the Bank for any reason (such as non-sufficient funds), Customer agrees that the Bank may charge the account for any and all fees associated with the returned item. Customer will not be charged the returned item fee for rejected items. Items that are rejected for deposit using Mobile Remote Deposit Service may be re-presented for deposit at a physical branch of the Bank.

Returned or Rejected Items. Returns. If a check that is deposited using Mobile RDC is returned to us for any reason (such as non-sufficient funds); you agree that we may charge your account for any and all fees associated with the returned item.

  • Rejected Items; Abandonment (a) The Contractor may deliver, cause to be delivered, or, in any other way, bring or cause to be brought, to any State premises or other destination, Goods, as samples or otherwise, and other supplies, materials, equipment or other tangible personal property. The State may, by written notice and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, direct the Contractor to remove any or all such Goods (“the “Rejected Goods”) and any or all other supplies, materials, equipment or other tangible personal property (collectively, the “Contractor Property”) from and out of State premises and any other location which the State manages, leases or controls.   • Returned Checks In the event that a check intended as payment for Rent is dishonoured for whatever reason, the same shall be considered as Late Rent with the late fee being payable on the same.

  • Failed or Returned Payment Instructions In using the Service, you are requesting that we or our Service Provider attempt to make payments for you from your Eligible Transaction Account. If the Payment Instruction cannot be completed for any reason associated with your Eligible Transaction Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Eligible Transaction Account, or the Payment Instruction would exceed the credit or overdraft protection limit of your Eligible Transaction Account, to cover the payment), the Payment Instruction may or may not be completed. In certain circumstances, our Service Provider may either advance funds drawn on their corporate account or via an electronic debit, and in such circumstances will attempt to debit the Eligible Transaction Account a second time to complete the Payment Instruction. In some instances, you will receive a return notice from us or our Service Provider. In each such case, you agree that:
