Mobile Remote Deposit Service. If you have selected the Mobile Banking Service, the following terms and conditions are applicable to the Mobile Banking Service. Your use of Bank’s Mobile Deposit Service (“Mobile Deposit Service”) is governed by the terms of this Agreement. By agreeing to or signing the applicable account documentation or by using or continuing to use Mobile Deposit you are acknowledging your election to use the Mobile Deposit Service. You acknowledge that email and/or messages displayed on your mobile device will be the primary means of communication for the Mobile Deposit Service. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and you agree that you will, in a timely manner, review messages and notifications you receive from us and check your account to confirm it reflects recent activity.

Mobile Remote Deposit Service. If you have selected the Mobile Deposit Service and you have been approved by the Bank to use the Mobile Remote Deposit Service, the following terms and conditions are applicable to the Mobile Deposit Service. Your use of Bank’s Mobile Deposit Service (“Mobile Deposit Service”) is governed by the terms of this Agreement. By agreeing to or executing the applicable account documentation or by using or continuing to use Mobile Deposit you are acknowledging your election to use the Mobile Deposit Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add, modify and/or eliminate Service features. Any change will apply prospectively on the effective date of the change, and will apply only to your future use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will indicate your acceptance of any such change to the Service and/or this Agreement. You acknowledge that email and/or messages displayed on your mobile device will be the primary means of communication for the Mobile Deposit Service. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and you agree that you will, in a timely manner, review messages and notifications you receive from us and check your Account to confirm it reflects recent activity. • The Service. The Service is designed to increase convenience for our JD Online Banking depositors. It allows you to deposit checks (“original checks”) from home or other locations to your JD Bank Accounts that you can access through JD Online Banking (the “Accounts”). In order to utilize the Service, an Accountholder or an authorized signer on the Account must first log onto JD Online Banking and download the Mobile Banking Application (the “App”) to your Mobile or Mobile Computing Device. You may then create a digital image by scanning an original check and deliver the digital image and related deposit information (“image”) to us via the Service, using your device. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add, modify and/or eliminate Service features. Any change will apply prospectively on the effective date of the change, and will apply only to your future use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will indicate your acceptance of any such change to the Service and/or this Agreement.
Mobile Remote Deposit Service. Subject to the terms, and conditions of this Agreement, we shall provide the Mobile Remote Deposit Service to you, which allows you to make deposits to your Accounts from your Mobile Device/Hardware by capturing or scanning images of permitted Items on your Mobile Device/Hardware and delivering the Images and information required to us or our designated processor (“Processor”) through our Mobile Remote Deposit Service. Accounts eligible for the Mobile Remote Deposit Service meet the following criteria: (1) account types that Alviere and Bank have determined may receive deposits through mobile remote deposit capture;
Mobile Remote Deposit Service. After you login to Mobile Banking, you may apply for Mobile Remote Deposit*. With this Service, you may deposit funds in your linked account by capturing checks through a mobile App and sending images of the front and back of those checks ("Check Images") to us in accordance with this Section (funds deposited in your linked account through the transmission of Check Images are "Electronic Check Deposits"). We may impose limits from time to time on the amount or number of Electronic Check Deposits you are permitted to make. We may suspend, revoke, or terminate your ability to use this Service without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud; or checks returned as non-negotiable. You may not initiate Electronic Check Deposits from a location outside the United States. You may not deposit funds through the Service that would cause your linked account balance to exceed the maximum balance allowed on your linked account. In addition, if we have notified you that you are terminated or suspended from using the Service, you may not submit a Check Image for depositing to your linked account.

  • Inventory Report – Remote Premises The locations of the Remote Premises (e.g., Feeder Distribution Interfaces, "FDI") and the End User Customer addresses served by each Remote Premises are available to CLEC through the Raw Loop Data Tool. Remote Premises with digital loop carrier and pair gain equipment will be provided on the web site in the ICONN database. (ICONN is available through the Qwest web site located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/iconn.) If CLEC is unable to determine the information it seeks regarding the Remote Premises after using such database tools, Qwest will provide CLEC with a report that contains the information. The Parties agree that a charge may apply to such report, based on time and material, unless the database information is inaccurate or unusable for the Remote Premises then no charge would apply. Qwest will provide CLEC access to relevant plats, maps, engineering records and other data in accordance with Section 10.8.2.4. In addition, CLEC can request a copy of Qwest's distribution area map associated with the Remote Premises, with a charge for time and material.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Remote Call Forwarding 4.2.10.1 As an option, BellSouth shall make available to CCI an unbundled port with Remote Call Forwarding capability (“URCF service”). URCF service combines the functionality of unbundled local switching, tandem switching and common transport to forward calls from the URCF service telephone number (the number dialed by the calling party) to another telephone number selected by the URCF service subscriber. When ordering URCF service, CCI will ensure that the following conditions are satisfied:

All trees to be cut, other than in the units described in B2.31, B2.32, B2.33, and B2.34, are Marked or designated by description. Trees are “Marked” when individually designated by Forest Service with paint marks above and below xxxxx height. Sale Area Map indicates areas plainly identified on the ground where leave trees are Marked to be left uncut. B2.36 Incompletely Marked Timber. Trees within incompletely Marked subdivisions shown on Sale Area Map at time of timber sale advertisement shall be designated in accordance with C2.36. A representative sample of the timber to be designated has been Marked prior to timber sale advertisement in accordance with such rules. The approximate locations of the representa- tive sample areas are shown on Sale Area Map.

  • Contract Migration Authorized Users holding individual Contracts with a Contractor at the time that Contractor is awarded a Centralized Contract for the same Products or services shall be permitted to migrate to that Centralized Contract effective with its commencement date. Such migration shall not operate to diminish, alter or eliminate any right that the Authorized User otherwise had under the terms and conditions of their individual Contract.

  • Violations - Remote Scaling Requirement If PURCHASER violates any of the log accountability requirements of this contract, STATE may require all logs from timber sold under the terms and conditions of this contract to be scaled at a ramp provided by PURCHASER, in a location designated by STATE. All costs associated with this additional scaling requirement shall be paid by PURCHASER. Cost of Scaling. All costs of scaling and all costs in connection with reports furnished to STATE shall be paid by PURCHASER. PURCHASER shall require the scaling organization to furnish copies each week to STATE of all scaled certificates showing gross and net volumes, by species and grade, of all logs scaled during the week. Upon request by STATE, PURCHASER shall also require the scaling organization to furnish and attach a log detail listing to each weekly scale certificate showing all STATE logs included on the certificate. Scaling Instructions. PURCHASER agrees that STATE shall provide instructions to the approved third-party scaling organization for the scaling practices to be used for timber removed from the timber sale area. Instructions shall conform to the terms of this contract, including special scales as necessary. PURCHASER shall acknowledge and sign such instructions and shall be provided a copy. Minimum Products Specifications and Special Scale information are shown on Exhibit G. Logs Damaged During Handling. Mechanical damage to logs shall be prevented during log handling. Deductions for handling damage shall not be allowed. Add-Back Volume. Scaling deduction for deterioration due to abnormal delay in removal of logs from the timber sale area shall not be allowed in determining net volume. Volume of material deteriorated due to delay in removal shall be reported to STATE and paid for at the contract price. Cost for separate reports shall be paid by PURCHASER. Special Scaling Instructions. Segment scaling or grading of logs in excess of 40 feet in gross scaling length shall use actual taper. Procedures are set forth in "Segment Scaling and Grading of Long Logs - All Species - State Forestry Department Scaling Instructions" (Westside).

  • Host-Remote When a CenturyLink Wire Center is served by a Remote Switch, CLEC may deliver traffic to the host Central Office or to the Tandem Switch. CLEC may not directly trunk to a Remote Switch. 7.2.2.10 Testing

  • Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.

  • Remote Work Remote work is the practice of performing required job functions from home or another management-approved location. Any employee who believes that all or part of their position is suitable for remote work may request to work remotely by submitting a written request to their supervisor. The Employer will evaluate the employee's request, and will approve or deny the request in writing. Employees whose requests to work remotely are approved may be required to sign an agreement confirming expectations regarding their schedule, timekeeping, remote work environment, data/information security and other matters specific to their position.
