Returning Employee Rights. Employees returning from authorized leave without pay will be employed in the same position provided the position is available or in another position as determined by the College provided another position is available and further provided that such reemployment does not conflict with any other article(s) in this Agreement. The employee and the College may enter into a written agreement regarding return rights prior to the commencement of the leave.
