Common use of Returning Employees Clause in Contracts

Returning Employees. Employees previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer with less than two (2) years break in employment shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer. Wage Progression Employees shall be paid according to the attached wage scale and advance to the next higher step on the above wage scale as they reach the seniority hours on that step.
