Reversing Entries. Upon proper and timely request by the CLIENT, Cliq will use reasonable efforts to effect a reversal of an Entry or File. To be "proper and timely," the request must (i) be made within five (5) Business Days of the Effective Entry Date for the Entry or File to be reversed; and (ii) be accompanied by a Reversal/Cancellation Request form that complies with all of the Rules. In addition, if the CLIENT requests reversal of a Debit Entry or Debit File, it shall concurrently deposit into the CLIENT Account an amount equal to that Entry or File. CLIENT agrees to notify the receiver that a reversing Entry has been transmitted to the Receiver’s account no later than the Settlement Date of the reversing Entry. This notification may be made by the CLIENT’s method of choice. Under no circumstances shall Cliq be liable for interest or related losses if the requested reversal of an Entry is not effected. The CLIENT shall reimburse Cliq for any expenses, losses or damages it incurs in effecting or attempting to effect the CLIENT’s request for reversal of an Entry.
Reversing Entries. The Business Entity shall notify the Receiver that a reversing Entry has been transmitted to the Receiver's account no later than the Settlement Date of the reversing Entry. The Business Entity shall notify Extraco within 24 hours of discovering the error, but within 5 banking days after the settlement date. Please note that reversals are only successful if the funds are available to be returned. This notification must be made by telephone to the ACH Department at 000- 000-0000.
Reversing Entries. The MEMBER shall notify the Receiver that a reversing Entry has been transmitted to their account no later than the settlement date of the reversing Entry. This notification may be made by the MEMBER’s method of choice (fax, verbal, telephone, physical notice, etc.)
Reversing Entries. You will notify the Receiver of the reversing Entry and reason no later than the Settlement Date of the reversing Entry. This notification may be made by your method of choice (fax, telephone, email, etc.) All reversing Entries shall be initiated pursuant to the Rules.
Reversing Entries. If the MEMBER discovers that any Entry it has initiated was in error, the MEMBER will notify the Credit Union immediately. The Credit Union will then notify the MEMBER as to whether the transmission of the file or the Entry for the ACH or Check21 transaction has occurred. The MEMBER will then have the sole right and responsibility to initiate a Reversing Entry in accordance with the Rules.
Reversing Entries. The Reversing Entry must be available to the Receiving Depository Financial Institution (“RDFI”) by midnight of the fifth Business Day following the settlement date of the erroneous entry. The Customer shall notify the Receiver that a reversing Entry has been transmitted to the Receiver's account no later than the Settlement Date of the reversing Entry. This notification may be made by the Customer's method of choice (fax, telephone, etc.).
Reversing Entries. At Company's request, Bank will make a reasonable effort to reverse an entry, but will have no responsibility for the failure of any other person or entity to honor Company's request.
Reversing Entries. If Customer discovers that any Entry it has initiated was in error, Customer will notify Bank immediately. Bank will then notify Customer as to whether the transmission of the File or the Entry to the ACH Transaction or Check 21 Transaction has been initiated. A “File” is the data file or batch release used to transmit one or more Entries to Bank. Customer shall then have the sole right and responsibility to initiate a Reversal of the Entry in accordance with the Rules.
Reversing Entries. SSB shall initiate reversing entries, at the Company's request, in accordance with the Operating Rules of the Association; however, SSB does not guarantee that such reversing entries will be accepted by the Receiving Bank. If a Receiving Bank does not or cannot accept the reversing entry, SSB shall have no further obligations to the Company with respect to such reversing entries, except to notify the Company by telephone followed by written confirmation.
Reversing Entries. If the customer discovers that any entry it has initiated was in error, the Customer will notify the Bank immediately. The Bank will then notify the Customer as to whether the transmission of the Check 21 Transaction has been initiated. The Bank will charge the Customer’s account back for the entry or make a deposit adjustment. Remakes of Rejected Entries or Files. If an entry or file is rejected due to improper processing or unexcused delays by the Bank, the Bank will Remake such entry or File and re-send it. If such Entry or File was rejected as a result of improper processing or the supplying of incomplete information by the Customer, the customer will Remake the Entry or File, or supply the Bank with the actual item(s) for Remaking the Entry or file, at the Customer’s expense, and the Bank will send such Entry.
