Reversion of Funds. Any unexpended grant funds shall revert to the County Department of Social Services/Human Services upon termination of this contract.
Reversion of Funds. If funds awarded to CONTRACTOR have not been expended in accordance with this Agreement and COUNTY has determined after consultation with CONTRACTOR that funds will not be spent in a timely manner, such funds will revert to COUNTY for that reason and to the extent permitted by and in a manner consistent with federal and state law, regulations, and policies.
Reversion of Funds. Any funds not spent by the SUB‐RECIPIENT or submitted to the COUNTY by June 30, 2024 will revert to the COUNTY. In the event the SUB‐RECIPIENT does not complete its required monthly financial and performance reports or in the event the SUB‐RECIPIENT does not use the funds as required by this contract, the SUB‐ RECIPIENT will be fully liable to the COUNTY for the amounts improperly expended or not supported by monthly reports and shall return that amount to the COUNTY within 30 days after written demand by the COUNTY. The COUNTY will return all unexpended funds to the Office of State Budget and Management.

Subrecipient will return to the City, upon expiration of the Term or other termination of this Agreement, any CDBG Funds that have not been expended, all Program Income (as that term is defined by 24 C.F.R. § 570.500), and any accounts receivable resulting from the use of CDBG Funds, including Program Income, within 30 days after the end of the Agreement Term. Any funds held by the City at the end of the Agreement Term or refunded to the City may be reallocated by the City.
Reversion of Funds. In the event the employee dies before exhaustion of the funds in the employee’s RHS Plan account, and leaves no surviving spouse or dependents, the remaining funds shall revert back to the City.

Unless Grantee has obtained prior written approval from the HSUS for any variance, any portion of the funds not used for the grant purpose stated in Paragraph 2 or not spent in accordance with the terms of this agreement shall be returned to the HSUS. Further, any unexpended funds remaining at the end of the Grant Period shall be returned to the HSUS. Should Grantee’s employee(s) as listed below fail to attend Expo for any reason other than a positive Covid-19 test or the onset of Covid-19 symptoms, Grantee shall be responsible for the repayment of the grant funds (unless travel expenses are non-refundable).
