Review and Revisions to Schematic Design Submission. The A/E shall submit the schematic design submission to DGS for review and comment by DGS and DPR. Following review of the schematic design submission by DPR and the Department, the A/E shall make revisions to the schematic design submission as necessary to incorporate comments, feedback and other direction provided by DPR and the Department. The A/E’s pricing shall assume that such revisions will be required, and such revisions shall not entitle the A/E to additional compensation.

Review and Revisions to Schematic Design Submission. The Design- Builder shall submit the schematic design submission to DGS for review and comment by DCPS and DGS. Following review of the schematic design submission by DCPS and the Department, the Design-Builder shall make revisions to the schematic design submission as necessary to incorporate comments, feedback and other direction provided by DCPS and the Department. The Design-Builder’s pricing shall assume that such revisions will be required, and such revisions shall not entitle the Design-Builder to additional compensation.
Review and Revisions to Schematic Design Submission. Within thirty (30) days after the Project Manager receives the Schematic Design Submission, the Project Manager shall fully review and prepare comments on the Schematic Design Submission. Within not more than forty (40) days after the Project Manager receives the Schematic Design Submission, the Project Manager will meet with Contractor and provide comments on the submission. Contractor shall make such revisions to the Schematic Design Submission as necessary to incorporate comments, feedback, and other direction provided by the Project Manager. The Project Manager shall have the right to disapprove the Schematic Design Submission if the submission is inconsistent with the Basis of Design or the Design Criteria. The Schematic Design Submission, as approved in writing by the Project Manager, shall be referred to as the “Approved Schematic Design”.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Bid Tabulations are not maintained for all procurements. Names of Bidders may be disclosed after Bid opening upon request. Written requests should be directed to the Commissioner.

  • Implementation Specifications 1. The accounting shall contain the date, nature, and purpose of such disclosures, and the name and address of the person or agency to whom the disclosure is made.

  • Review of Submittals A/E and ODR review is only for conformance with the design concept and the information provided in the Contract Documents. Responses to submittals will be in writing. The approval of a separate item does not indicate approval of an assembly in which the item functions. The approval of a submittal does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract unless the Contractor informs the A/E and ODR of such deviation in a clear, conspicuous, and written manner on the submittal transmittal and at the time of submission, and obtains the A/E’s and Owner’s written specific approval of the particular deviation.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.

  • Specific Provisions for Access Rights to Software For the avoidance of doubt, the general provisions for Access Rights provided for in this Section 9 are applicable also to Software. Parties’ Access Rights to Software do not include any right to receive source code or object code ported to a certain hardware platform or any right to receive respective Software documentation in any particular form or detail, but only as available from the Party granting the Access Rights.
