Review of Evaluations. All performance evaluations shall be reviewed with the employee by the rater. An employee who is dissatisfied with a performance evaluation may make a written rebuttal within ten (10) working days of its presentation to the employee for signature. The written rebuttal shall be attached to the evaluation prior to finalization and become a part of the employee's personnel file.
