Review of Existing Working Practices. The parties commit to review in 6 months from certification of the agreement:  Cleaning productivity rates;  Cleaning difficulty factors; and  Current work practices, including but not limited to: site allocation, multi-skilling, variable working hours and/or shift changes, use of new technology, benchmarking of work practices with best practice. The purpose of the review will be to inform the development of initiatives which will increase employee productivity levels. The initiatives developed by the parties for the purpose of increasing productivity levels will be implemented on a trial basis and reviewed by the parties at the SBU during the life of the agreement as to its effectiveness. Subject to the review of the effectiveness of the initiatives by the SBU, implementation of the outcomes of the review shall be subject to agreement between the State Secretary, United Voice and the General Manager, QBuild. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld by either party.
