Review of Individual Positions. An employee may obtain a review of the classification of his/her position in the following manner: A. The Union shall submit a request for review, including that portion of a position description (PD) completed by the employee, to the Director of the Division of Personnel. B. The completed PD will be reviewed in conjunction with existing class specifications for proper classification. Not later than thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the request, the Director of the Division of Personnel shall submit a written analysis to the Union. C. If the Director of Personnel fails to respond within thirty (30) calendar days, the Union may advance the request to the Commissioner of the Department of Administration within ten (10) working days of the due date.
