Review of Licence Fee. (a) On each Review Date, the Licence Fee will increase by 3%. (b) The Licensee must ensure that, on and from each Review Date, the Licence Fee it pays to the School Council is adjusted in accordance with clause 7(a).

Review of Licence Fee. The Licensor shall be entitled to review and adjust the Licence Fee during the Licence Term at the times and in the manner specified in Item 10 of Schedule 1.
Review of Licence Fee. 5.1. The Licence Fee from and including each Review Date is the Licence Fee payable immediately before the relevant Review Date multiplied by the Current CPI and divided by the Previous CPI. 5.2. Pending determination of the Licence Fee for any year of the Term, the Licence Fee shall be paid at the rate payable at the end of the previous year of the Term and an adjustment (if necessary) is to be made following determination of the reviewed Licence Fee. 5.3. If the Licence Fee is not reviewed in accordance with this clause, then Council may, at any time, recover (as a liquidated debt) the difference between the fee levied and paid, and the fee that ought to have been levied and paid had the Licence Fee been reviewed in accordance with this clause. This subclause survives the expiry of this Licence. 5.4. Regardless of any other provision in this Licence the Licence Fee in any year of the Term must not be less than the Licence Fee in the year immediately prior to that year
Review of Licence Fee. 2.1 The licence fee shall be reviewed by the Owner giving not less than one month’s notice in writing specifying the reviewed licence fee. 2.2 If the Licensee objects to the reviewed licence fee the Licensee must within 14 days from date of sending of the Owner’s notice (time being of the essence), give notice objecting to the review, in which case this Licence shall terminate on the date the licence fee review is to take effect, unless the Owner within 14 days after receipt of the Licensee’s notice gives notice revoking the licence fee review. 2.3 Unless the Licensee has given notice objecting to the reviewed licence fee within the stipulated time and the Owner has revoked the licence fee review notice the reviewed licence fee shall take effect from the relevant review date or, if the Owner has given insufficient notice or notice after the review date, the first day of the month following completion of the notice period.
Review of Licence Fee. 5.1 The Licence Fee will be increased annually as from the Commencement Date by the Authority by one month's written notice, and notice of any variation is deemed to have been brought to the attention of the Licensee if given in accordance with Clause 14, and/or notification in the relevant tax invoice. 5.2 Where the Authority has given the Licensee written notice of the increased Licence Fee, then the Licence Fee payable under this Licence will be varied and payable effective from the next quarter.
