Review of Licence Fee. (a) On each Review Date, the Licence Fee will increase by 3%.
Review of Licence Fee. The Licensor shall be entitled to review and adjust the Licence Fee during the Licence Term at the times and in the manner specified in Item 10 of Schedule 1.
Review of Licence Fee. The Licence Fee will be reviewed at the same time and in the same manner as the Rent is reviewed pursuant to the Lease.
Review of Licence Fee. 5.1 The Licence Fee will be increased annually as from the Commencement Date by the Authority by one month's written notice, and notice of any variation is deemed to have been brought to the attention of the Licensee if given in accordance with Clause 14, and/or notification in the relevant tax invoice.

Review of Licence Fee. The parties will review the Licence Fee payable within 30 days after the anniversary of the end of the Preliminary Period, and annually thereafter. At each annual review, the Licence Fee shall be set at a rate agreed between the parties; however the annual Licence Fee shall at no time be less than twice the amount of the Minimum Licence Fee. The reviewed Licence Fee will apply for a 12 month period on and from the anniversary of the end of the Preliminary Period to which the review relates.
Review of Licence Fee. The Licence Fee will be increased effective on and from the Review Dates, in accordance with the Review Method. For the avoidance of doubt, the Licence Fee will not decrease on or from any Review Date as a result of this clause 5.2.
Review of Licence Fee. 5.1. The Licence Fee from and including each Review Date is the Licence Fee payable immediately before the relevant Review Date multiplied by the Current CPI and divided by the Previous CPI.
