Review of Payment Applications. Upon receipt of a Payment Application, the District will inspect and verify the Work to determine whether it has been performed in accordance with the terms of the Contract and requirements of the DSA Approved Documents and to determine the portion of the Payment Application which is properly due to the Contractor.

Review of Payment Applications. The Agency will review each payment application it receives to determine if it is eligible for payment.
Review of Payment Applications. The Design Professional shall review all Payment Applications submitted by the CM/GC and the Work included in each Payment Application to determine whether the Work billed conforms to the terms of the CM/GC Construction Contract and is properly installed. If the Design Professional determines that the Work billed complies with the terms of the CM/GC Construction Contract and is properly installed, the Design Professional shall certify the Payment Application. Such certification shall constitute a representation by the Design Professional to the Owner that to the best of the Design Professional’s knowledge, information or belief, the Work has progressed to the point indicated, and that the quality of Work is in accordance with the Construction Documents, and that the CM/GC is entitled to payment in the amount requested. If the Design Professional declines to certify all or a portion of the amounts requested by the CM/GC, he or she shall state the reasons therefore and shall provide written notice to the CM/GC of the same. The Design Professional’s final certificate for payment will constitute a further representation that the conditions precedent to CM/GC being entitled to final payment as set forth in the Contract Documents have been fulfilled. Review of Payment Applications. 1. Within 10 days after receipt of each application for payment, Architect will either recommend payment and present the application for payment to the District or return the application for payment to Contractor indicating Architect’s reasons for refusing to recommend payment. The Contractor will make the necessary corrections and may resubmit the application for payment.

  • Verification of payment claims Project promoters shall submit interim and final project reports containing information on project progress and incurred expenditure. In line with point i) of Article 5.6.2 of the Regulation incurred expenditure reported shall be subject to administrative verifications before the report is approved. Verifications to be carried out shall cover administrative, financial, technical and physical aspects of projects, as appropriate, and be in accordance with the principle of proportionality. Examination of proof of expenditure related to the administrative verifications may be carried out on a sample basis. Additionally, in line with point ii) of Article 5.6.2 of the Regulation on–the-spot verifications of projects, which may be carried out on a sample basis, shall be carried out. The detailed procedure for verification will be further detailed in the description of the Programme Operator’s management and control systems.

  • Timeliness of Payment All undisputed charges shall be due and payable in accordance with each Party’s invoice instructions on or before the later of (x) fifteen (15) days from receipt of the applicable invoice or (y) the last day of the calendar month in which the applicable invoice was received (or in either event the next Business Day if such day is not a Business Day). Each Party shall make payments by electronic funds transfer, or by other mutually agreeable method(s), to the account designated by the other Party. Any undisputed amounts not paid by the due date shall be deemed delinquent and shall accrue interest at the Late Payment Rate, such interest to be calculated from and including the due date to but excluding the date the delinquent amount is paid in full.

Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be five or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed fifteen years but less than twenty-five years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to five annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five or more years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to six weeks annual vacation with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.

  • Provisional Application Upon signature of this Compact, and until this Compact has entered into force in accordance with Section 7.3, the Parties will provisionally apply the terms of this Compact; provided that, no MCC Funding, other than Compact Implementation Funding, will be made available or disbursed before this Compact enters into force.
