Approved Documents definition

Approved Documents means the documents approved by the Health and Safety Commission in accordance with regulation 4(1) as revised in accordance with regulation 4(2);
Approved Documents means the Partner's Tender and the Council's Specification and any development or amendment to them as may from time to time be approved by the Council under this Agreement

More Definitions of Approved Documents

Approved Documents means each of the Cash Collateral Orders, the NOL Order, Disclosure Statement, Prepackaged Plan, the Solicitation Materials, the New Senior Secured Notes Term Sheet, the Modified Cubic Asset XX Xxxxxx Term Sheet and the New Cubic Energy Constituent Documents Term Sheet.
Approved Documents means all specifications, designs, bills of quantity, plans, forms of building contract, professional appointments and tender reports submitted to and approved by a local authority in respect of a project;

Approved Documents means the forms of loan documents attached hereto as Exhibit C which shall be used by EVRI to document Loans between the Bank and consumers and which will be contained in a Loan file prepared by EVRI for the Bank.
