Review of Provisional Construction Documents. 5.4.1 The Contractor will review the provisional Construction Documents after receiving them. At completion of that review, the Contractor will notify the Contracting Authority, Owner, and A/E in writing if in the Contractor’s opinion, the Contractor is unable to represent to the Contracting Authority and the Owner that the A/E’s provisional documents are consistent with what the Contractor would reasonably expect to see in documents at a similar stage of completion on a similar project. The Contracting Authority’s agreement with the Contractor further defines the criteria of the Contractor’s review.
