Review of Results. At appropriate intervals during the course of the Activities, and at the conclusion of the Activities, the Parties will meet to review the Results and to determine any further actions to be undertaken which may include but are not limited to, a further or modified experimental program, negotiation of a license or other relationship, patenting of the Results, or agreement on the future use of the Results by either or both parties.
Review of Results. The parties shall meet periodically, but at least once per calendar quarter, to review and discuss the actual results compared to the marketing plans for Detailing of the Product(s). Acorda shall share with Cardinal Health the Gross Sales (as defined in Schedule 3.1) data, as well as any other reports, audits and other data it deems appropriate (in its sole discretion) relative to the Program.

Cumberland shall regularly and promptly share with Cardinal Health all reports, audits and other data it develops relative to the Program.

The parties shall meet periodically, but at least once per calendar quarter (in person or by telephone), to review and discuss the actual results compared to the marketing plans for Detailing of the Cornerstone Product. Cornerstone shall share regularly and promptly with Atley all relevant reports, audits and other data it develops relative to the Program.
Review of Results. Xxxxx Systems will review the results with Newco and undertake commercially reasonable actions to respond to and resolve deficiencies identified in the Customer Satisfaction Surveys to the extent caused by Xxxxx Systems or PSC Personnel. If Newco, in its reasonable discretion, determines that Xxxxx Systems is not maintaining user satisfaction at a reasonably acceptable level, or if, based on feedback, Newco determines that its needs are not being satisfactorily met by Xxxxx Systems (to the extent within Xxxxx Systems’ or its Subcontractors’ control) in the performance of this MSA or by the requirements of this MSA, Newco shall provide Xxxxx Systems with notice thereof and the Parties shall work in good faith to develop and implement a plan to cure the deficiency promptly and that will minimize Newco’s costs.
Review of Results. The parties shall review and discuss the actual results compared to the marketing plans for Detailing of the Products at the JCC meetings, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties. Company shall regularly and promptly share with Vendor all reports, audits and other data it develops relative to the Program.
Review of Results. During the term of this Agreement, the parties agree to meet (such meeting may occur telephonically) at least on a quarterly basis in order to review the financial results and overall success of the Program and to discuss ways of improving financial results of the Program.

BCI shall regularly and promptly share with Cardinal Health all reports, audits and other data it develops relative to the Program.

The parties shall confer periodically, but at least once per month via telephone conference and once per calendar quarter in person, if requested by either party, to review and discuss the actual results compared to the marketing plans for Detailing of the Products, and share data, reports and other documents relative to such results. A report similar to the Form of Management Report set forth in Schedule 9.5 attached hereto, shall be generated by Vendor and provided to Company. Vendor shall, upon Company's request, include the participation of Representatives and/or Managers in such review.
