Review Period and Revocation Period. Employee shall have twenty-one (21) days from receipt of this Agreement within which to decide if Employee wants to sign it. Employee has seven (7) days after signing this Agreement in which to revoke Employee’s acceptance (“Revocation Period”). To revoke acceptance, Employee must inform the Company in writing to the undersigned that Employee has decided to revoke Employee’s acceptance. This Agreement will not be effective until the Revocation Period has expired with no revocation. Employee has been advised by the Company to consult an attorney prior to signing this Agreement.

Review Period and Revocation Period. Employee acknowledges that this Agreement was first provided to her on February 14, 2019 and Employee shall have twenty-one (21) days from the date she first received this Agreement within which to decide if she wants to sign it. The parties agree that changes made to this Agreement since it was first provided to Employee, whether material or immaterial, do not restart the running of the twenty-one (21) day consideration period. Employee has seven (7) days after signing this Agreement in which to revoke her acceptance (“Revocation Period”). To revoke her acceptance, Employee must inform the Company in writing to the undersigned that she has decided to revoke her acceptance. This Agreement will not be effective until the Revocation Period has expired with no revocation. Employee has been advised by the Company to consult an attorney prior to signing this Agreement.
Review Period and Revocation Period. Oldorff has 21 calendar days from the date he receives this Agreement (the “Review Period”) to review and sign this Agreement and is advised to consult with an attorney of his choice before signing this Agreement, which includes a release of potential claims under the ADEA. Oldorff may expressly and voluntarily waive any part or all of the Review Period by signing and returning this Agreement to Gentherm prior to the expiration of the Review Period. If Oldorff fails to sign and return this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Review Period, this Agreement shall be void unless Gentherm agrees otherwise in writing. Oldorff has the right to revoke his release of claims in this Agreement by informing Gentherm in writing of such revocation within seven calendar days following his execution of this Agreement (the “Revocation Period”). This Agreement will not become effective unless the Revocation Period has expired without any revocation having been communicated (in such event, the end of the Revocation Period is referred to herein as the “Effective Date”).

  • Revocation Period Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement for up to seven days after he signs it. In order to revoke this Agreement, Executive must sign and send a written notice of the decision to do so, addressed to [NAME] at [INSERT TITLE, AND ADDRESS], and that written notice must be received by Company no later than the eighth day after Executive signed this Agreement. If Executive revokes this Agreement, Executive will not be entitled to any of the consideration from Company described in paragraph 2 above.

  • Review and Revocation Period Employee acknowledges that the Company has advised Employee that Employee may consult with an attorney of Employee’s own choosing (and at Employee’s expense) prior to signing this Release and that Employee has been given at least twenty-one (21) days during which to consider the provisions of this Release, although Employee may sign and return it sooner. Employee further acknowledges that Employee has been advised by the Company that after executing this Release, Employee will have seven (7) days to revoke this Release, and that this Release shall not become effective or enforceable until such seven (7) day revocation period has expired. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that Employee revokes this Release, Employee will have no right to receive any benefits hereunder, including the Benefits. Employee represents that Employee has read this Release and understands its terms and enters into this Release freely, voluntarily and without coercion.

  • Probation Period It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for any reason without notice or cause.

  • Review Period The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Review of all of the Review Receivables within sixty (60) days after having received access to the Review Materials pursuant to Section 3.2(a). However, if additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer in respect of any Review Receivables pursuant to Section 3.2(b), the Review period will be extended for an additional thirty (30) days in respect of any such Review Receivables.

  • Review Periods Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days from its receipt of the documents listed in Sections 1.3 and 1.4 above, to issue to Contractor written comments on such documents, Drawings and Specifications. The Owner’s approval rights only apply to documents listed in Section 1.3. If comments are not received for items listed in Section 1.3 in ten (10) Business Days, the Contractor may proceed with the development of the Drawings and Specifications with the design reflected in the uncommented document. Owner will annotate the Drawings and Specifications as appropriate and return to Contractor. In the event that Owner disapproves the Drawings or Specifications, Owner shall provide Contractor with a written statement of the reasons for such rejection within the time period required for Owner’s response, and Contractor shall provide Owner with agreed to revised and corrected Drawings and Specifications as soon as possible thereafter.

  • Evaluation Period Until 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on August 16, 2002 (the "Evaluation Period"), Purchaser and its authorized agents and representatives (for purposes of this Article V, the "Licensee Parties") shall have the right, subject to the right of any Tenants, to enter upon the Real Property at all reasonable times during normal business hours to perform an inspection of the Real Property, the Improvements and the Personal Property. Purchaser will provide to Seller notice (for purposes of this Section 5.1(a), an "Entry Notice") of the intention of Purchaser or the other Licensee Parties to enter the Real Property at least 24 hours prior to such intended entry and specify the intended purpose therefor and the inspections and examinations contemplated to be made and with whom any Licensee Party will communicate. At Seller's option, Seller may be present for any such entry and inspection. Purchaser shall not communicate with or contact any of the Tenants or any of the Authorities without the prior written consent of Seller, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. If Purchaser shall elect to communicate with any of the Authorities and Seller consents thereto, Purchaser shall give Seller prior notice thereof, and Seller and Seller's representatives shall have the right, but not the obligation, to attend, and participate in, all such meetings. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no so-called Phase II environmental physical testing or sampling shall be conducted during any such entry by Purchaser or any Licensee Party upon the Real Property without Seller's specific prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or unduly delayed. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with respect to the provisions of this Section 5.1.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.

  • Funding Period and Termination 17.1. The Commissioner does not commit to renew or continue financial support to the Recipient after the Funding Period.

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Negotiation Period The Parties shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (a “Dispute”) within 30 days after the date that a Party gives written notice of such Dispute to the other Party.
