RFP Coordinator. From the date of receipt of this RFP by each contractor until a binding contractual agreement exists with the selected contractor, or when the College rejects all the proposals, the only communication shall be between the contractor and the College's RFP Coordinator (Purchasing Officer). Requests for information related to this RFP from a contractor to any department of the College or questions from any department or employee of the College to the contractor regarding this procurement other than the contacts specified will cease. The RFP Coordinator is the sole source of contact for the College for this procurement.   • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence.   • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification.   • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.
