Right of Access and Equipment Installation. (a) Access To Premises: The duly authorized agents of Company shall have the right of ingress and egress to the premises of Member at all reasonable hours, over the same general route as Member utilizes, for the purpose of reading meters, inspecting Company's wiring and apparatus, changing, exchanging, or repairing its property on the premises of Member and to remove such property at the time of or at any time after the suspension of interconnection of the Generator or termination of this Agreement. Company shall have access to Member's Isolation Device at all times.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Premises and equipment 6.1 If necessary, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to its premises for the purpose of supplying the Services. All equipment, tools and vehicles brought onto the Customer’s premises by the Supplier or the Staff shall be at the Supplier’s risk.
