Reading Meters. (a) The Seller shall, at its own cost and expense, procure and install telemetry and electronic data recording systems capable of recording the Net Delivered Energy measured by the Metering System and procure and install such systems for the Back-Up Metering System on a continuous basis and capable of storing such recordings for not less than ninety (90) Days. All metering data recorded by the Metering System and the Back-up Metering System shall also be telemetered at the System Operator’s control centre through telemetry facilities provisioned by the Seller at its expense. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.4(d) and verification of the data recording system pursuant to Section 7.4(b), the Parties agree that the information contained in or obtained from such electronic data recording and telemetry systems shall be used to determine the Net Delivered Energy. The electronic data recording system and the telemetry system related to the Metering System and the Back-Up Metering System shall constitute a part of the Metering System and the Back- Up Metering System, respectively, for all purposes under this Agreement, and the electronic data recording system and the telemetry system related to the Metering System shall be conveyed to the Purchaser as a part of the Metering System in accordance with the provisions of this Article VII.

All metering data recorded by the Metering System and the Back-up Metering System shall also be capable of telemetering from and after the date Purchaser connects wirelessly or through a communication circuit to the Facility as provided in Section 7.2. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.1 and verification of the data recording system pursuant to Section 7.3, the Parties agree that the information contained in or obtained from such electronic data recording system and, when available, the telemetry system, shall be used to determine the Net Delivered Energy. The electronic data recording system and any telemetry system related to the Metering System and the Back-Up Metering System shall constitute a part of the Metering System and the Back-Up Metering System, respectively, for all purposes under this Agreement.

Reading Meters. (a) NTDC shall, at its own cost and expense, procure and the Company shall install electronic data recording system capable of recording the Net Electrical Output measured by the Metering System on a continuous basis and capable of storing such recordings for not less than ninety (90) Days and the Company shall procure and install, at its own cost and expense, such system for the Back-Up Metering System as is capable of storing, on a continuous basis, such recordings for no less than ninety (90) Days. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.4(d) and verification of the data recording system pursuant to Section 7.4(b), the Parties agree that the information contained in or obtained from such electronic data recording systems shall be used to determine the Net Electrical Output of the Complex. The electronic data recording system related to the Metering System and the Back-Up Metering System shall constitute a part of the Metering System and the Back-Up Metering System, respectively, for all purposes under this Agreement, and the electronic data recording system related to the Metering System shall be conveyed to NTDC as a part of the Metering System in accordance with the provisions of this Article VII.
Reading Meters. The District shall read its meters mentioned in this contract at appropriate intervals so as to maintain a record of energy transactions under this contract.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.   • Meter Reading At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
