Right of Access 2.3.1 Upon reasonable notice, the NYISO and/or Connecting Transmission Owner may send a qualified person to the premises of the Interconnection Customer at or immediately before the time the Small Generating Facility first produces energy to inspect the interconnection, and observe the commissioning of the Small Generating Facility (including any required testing), startup, and operation for a period of up to three Business Days after initial start-up of the unit. In addition, the Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner at least five Business Days prior to conducting any on-site verification testing of the Small Generating Facility.
Exercise of access rights In exercising its access rights under clause 11.1, the Distributor must, except to the extent that the Distributor has any other binding agreement setting out its access rights directly with the Customer:

Maintaining Confidentiality of Access Passwords Where access to the Licensed Materials is to be controlled by use of passwords, Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to inform Authorized Users that they should not divulge their numbers and passwords to any third party. Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will also use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of any institutional passwords provided by Licensor.
Right of acceptance The AIIMS, Jodhpur reserve the right to accepting the whole or any part or portion of the bid; and the bidder shall provide the same at the rates quoted. The AIIMS Jodhpur reserve the right to reject any or all tenders / quotations or all offers received in response to the tender or cancel or withdraw the tender notice without assigning any reason thereof and also does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation or any tender and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
Right of Use 2.1 Except as expressly otherwise agreed in this Contract, as between the parties all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Supplies, in all documents provided by Siemens in connection with this Contract (the “Documents”) and in all software, hardware, knowhow (“IPR”) and other things provided with or as part of the Supplies and the Documents shall be the exclusive property of and vest in Siemens. The Customer shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Supplies or parts thereof and shall ensure that third parties will not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Supplies or parts thereof in each case to the extent mandatory law does not prohibit such limitation.
Grant of Access Each Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide the Zone File FTP (or other Registry supported) service for an ICANN-‐specified and managed URL (specifically, <TLD>.xxx.xxxxx.xxx where <TLD> is the TLD for which the registry is responsible) for the user to access the Registry’s zone data archives. Registry Operator will grant the user a non-‐exclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access Registry Operator’s (optionally CZDA Provider's) Zone File hosting server, and to transfer a copy of the top-‐level domain zone files, and any associated cryptographic checksum files no more than once per 24 hour period using FTP, or other data transport and access protocols that may be prescribed by ICANN. For every zone file access server, the zone files are in the top-‐level directory called <zone>.zone.gz, with <zone>.zone.gz.md5 and <zone>.zone.gz.sig to verify downloads. If the Registry Operator (or the CZDA Provider) also provides historical data, it will use the naming pattern <zone>-‐yyyymmdd.zone.gz, etc.
Licence, Access and Right of Way 10.2.1 The Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire access to the Site for carrying out any surveys, investigations and soil tests that the Concessionaire may deem necessary during the Development Period, it being expressly agreed and understood that the Authority shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of survey, investigations and tests carried out or work undertaken by the Concessionaire on or about the Site pursuant hereto in the event of Termination or otherwise.
Rights of Access The employee shall be given access to copies of all materials supporting the proposed action and shall be provided with copies upon request.
Right of Representation An employee covered by this Agreement shall, under this Article, have the right to have an Association representative present at any time, subject to his requesting such representation.
