Right of City to Satisfy Other Liens. After the conveyance of title to the Property or any portion thereof and after the Developer has had a reasonable time to challenge, cure or satisfy any liens or encumbrances on the Property or any portion thereof, the City will have the right to satisfy any such lien or encumbrances; provided, however, that nothing in this Agreement will require the Developer to pay or make provision for the payment of any tax, assessment, lien or charge so long as the Developer in good faith may contest the validity or amount therein and so long as such delay in payment is not subject the Property or any portion thereof to forfeiture or sale.
