Right of Copy. Every employee shall be given a copy of any material added to his/her official Board file within a reasonable time (not to exceed 5 business days) of inclusion of such material in the file. Every employee shall have the right to be furnished a reasonable number of copies of any or all file material within a reasonable period of time (not to exceed 5 business days) following written request, exclusive of exempt documents as defined in section 9.3.D above. The employer may charge a fee for providing copies of such information provided such fee shall be limited to the actual cost of duplicating the information.
