Right of Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to be a contract of employment for any term of years, nor as conferring upon the Employee the right to continue in the employment of the Bank in the employee's present capacity, or in any other capacity. It is expressly understood by the parties hereto that this Agreement relates exclusively to additional compensation for the Employee's services, which compensation is payable after the end of active employment service and is not intended to be an employment contract.
Right of Employment. Nothing stated or implied by this Agreement shall prevent the Company from terminating the Service of Executive at any time nor prevent Executive from voluntarily terminating Service at any time.
Right of Employment. Nothing herein contained shall be construed or interpreted as giving Employee the right to be retained in the service and employment of Company, and Company and Employee each severally reserve the rights to terminate such employment for any reason whatsoever in accordance with such respective rights of termination as existed prior to the date of this Agreement or may exist in the future.
Right of Employment. Grants of RSUs under the Plan and this Agreement do not confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Employer. This Agreement will survive any termination of the Participant’s employment for any or no reason.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no person or entity other than Consultant shall have any claim or right to be granted or allocated any Shares of Professionals Group Common Stock under this Agreement or otherwise. Neither this Agreement nor any action taken or not taken pursuant to this Agreement shall be construed as giving Consultant any right to be retained, as an employee or otherwise, by Professionals Group or any of its subsidiaries.
