Right of Search a. Under this agreement, the Company has a Right of Search in order to combat misappropriation of the Company’s and/or its Client’s property, stock losses, tickets and/or cash, or if the Company genuinely believes that drugs or any illegal substances are present. The Right of Search is to address problems relating to the above issues. Under the Rights of Search procedure, the Company may carry out random checks including vehicles of workers at any time whilst they are in engagement with the Company and carrying out its business. It is understood that such checks in themselves do not imply suspicion in relation to the individual concerned.
b. Without limitation on the scope of any particular search, an individual may be required to remove the contents of pockets and/or bags and/or allow a search of their vehicle. All searches will be carried out in the presence of a third party and, if a personal search is deemed necessary, you will be entitled to be searched by a member of the same sex. Evidence gathered during a search or refusal to allow a search could result in your engagement being immediately terminated and no further hours being offered by the Company. The Company reserves the right to call the Police for assistance at any stage.

The Company reserves the right at any time, to search all employees whilst on the premises of any Group Company or on entering or leaving their premises and to search and inspect the contents of all vehicles, clothing, bags, parcels, etc., belonging to or in the possession of any employee, and the same must be made available to and be shown to the persons authorised by the Company to examine them. Any search will always be conducted by a person of the same sex and a fellow employee will always be in attendance. Refusal to comply with an authorised request to search will render the Employee liable to disciplinary action, including dismissal for gross misconduct.
Right of Search. Aurora does not intend to authorize indiscriminate searches of employee desks, lockers, vehicles or personal effects such as purses and lunch boxes, but the Company reserves the right to authorize searches for illegal drugs, alcohol or contraband, if warranted, by reasonable cause.
Right of Search. All employees are expected to cooperate with management in the application of the employer’s right to search policy as detailed in the Handbook. However, notwithstanding this policy, each employee has certain legal rights which are to be recognised and respected in the application of the policy which is also detailed in the Handbook.

Right of Search. No employee shall take out of the Exchange premises objects, material, documents and/or any other items that are property of the Exchange without the prior written approval of the Management. The employee shall not make use of any objects, material, documents and/or any other items that are property of the Exchange in the interest and/or for the benefit of third parties. The Exchange reserves the right that with the assistance of its Security Officers carry out search either on the person of the employee, or in cases and/or handbags, when s/he is on its premises, or entering or leaving the place of work. The Exchange may carry out searches in desks, lockers etc that are made use by the employees. The Exchange may carry out searches in vehicles of the employees and also in those vehicles that are used for its requirements not only while these vehicles are on Exchange property but also when they are used on outside work. All searches have to be carried out in the presence of the employee concerned and he must be accompanied by a witness of his choice. If an employee objects to a search, being carried out, then the Management may call in the Police to effect such search.
Right of Search. The Supplier reserves the right to search any vehicles leaving its premises at any time and the Hirer agrees that the Supplier may exercise this right in respect of any transport arranged by the Hirer.
