Right to Borrow Sick Leave. Employees unable to return to work at the termination of the period for which sick leave with pay is granted shall be permitted to "borrow" up to nine days' sick leave with pay from their future sick leave credits.

Right to Borrow Sick Leave. Employees unable to return to work at the termination of the period for which sick leave with pay is granted shall be permitted to "borrow" up to nine 18 days' sick leave with pay from their future sick leave credits. At the end of this period any extension of "borrowing" can only be granted upon review and by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
