Right to Claim. If the Contractor incurs Cost as a result of any of the Employer’s Liabilities, the Contractor shall be entitled to the amount of such Cost. If as a result of any of the Employer’s Liabilities, it is necessary to change the Works, this shall be dealt with as a Variation.
Right to Claim. The right to claim or assert a claim for the declaration of marital property and the distribution thereof pursuant to the Domestic Relations Law of the State of New York, and any law amendatory thereof, or supplemental or similar thereto; except as specifically set forth in the within agreement.
Right to Claim. 8.1 The Lessee acknowledges that the Lessor shall not assume any risk or liability in connection with any quality defects in the Lease Assets, and the Lessee shall directly claim compensation from the original suppliers of the Lease Assets (“Original Suppliers”), including by way of litigation or arbitration, and the Lessor agrees to provide necessary assistance therein.
Right to Claim. Both the sender and the consignee have the right opposite the carrier of claiming delivery of the goods in accordance with the obligations of the carrier.
