Right to Coverage. Except as specified in 5.094 above, the Board shall purchase from any carrier licensed by the State of Ohio, prescription drug coverage for each bargaining unit member, now or hereinafter employed, and his/her family. If coverage is provided through self-insurance, the self-insurance program will be administered by a third-party administrator licensed in the State of Ohio, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
