Right to Have a Xxxxxxx Present. When a supervisor intends to formally discipline an employee, the employee has the right to have a shop xxxxxxx present at the interview. The supervisor shall notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview, provided that this does not result in an undue delay in the appropriate action being taken.
