Right to Representation and Grievance. 16.2.1 At all levels of this process, the unit member shall have the right to representation by the Federation at the request of the member. 16.2.2 Corrective action at Levels 1 and 2 shall not be grievable. Procedural issues at Levels 3, 4 and 5 are subject to the grievance process. The grievance process shall not stop or stay the suspension or dismissal procedures.
