Contractor claims or disputes arising in the performance of this Contract which are not resolved by agreement of the parties shall be decided in accordance with ARRC’s Procurement Rules. Performance During Dispute - Unless otherwise directed by XXXX, Contractor shall continue performance under this contract while matters in dispute are being resolved. Notification - In addition to the notice requirements set out elsewhere in this Contract, if the contractor becomes aware of any act or occurrence which may form the basis of a claim by the contractor for additional compensation or an extension of time for performance, or if any dispute arises regarding a question of fact or interpretation of the contract, the contractor shall immediately inform the Project Manager. If the matter cannot be resolved by agreement within 7 days, the contractor shall, within the next 14 days, submit an Intent to Claim in writing to the Project Manager. The claim, if not resolved, shall be presented to the Project Manager, in writing, within 60 days following receipt of the Intent to Claim. Receipt of the claim will be acknowledged in writing by the Project Manager. The Contractor agrees that unless these written notices are provided, the contractor will have no entitlement to additional time or compensation for such act, event or condition. Presenting Claim - A claim shall be submitted in accordance with ARRC Procurement Rule 1800.12 and shall specifically include the following:
