Rights in Products. As soon as any Product or any Literary Property ------------------ may be registered for copyright, take any and all actions as may be necessary to register and/or cause to be registered all of the Borrower's rights in such Product or Literary Property (subject to the Copyright Mortgages) including, without limitation, the Borrower's rights in the copyrights thereof, all in conformity with the laws of the United States and any and all relevant foreign jurisdictions; and immediately deliver to the Bank written evidence of each such filing for (and actual) registration of such rights, which rights shall constitute part of the Collateral under the Loan Documents; and as soon as practicable, execute and record or cause to be recorded all of the Copyright Mortgages in conformity with the laws of the Untied States and any and all other relevant jurisdictions, and immediately deliver to the Bank written evidence of the submission thereof for recording (and as soon as available, a recorded copy of each such Copyright Mortgage).
Rights in Products. All rights not specifically granted to Quantum Materials through research and development agreements indicated in Section 3.3 are hereby reserved by NanoAxis. Quantum Materials shall not be entitled to have patents, trademarks, or any other rights in connection with Products wherein no Joint Intellectual Property Rights exist nor may Quantum Materials claim any such rights without the prior written consent of NanoAxis, which may be withheld in its sole discretion.
Rights in Products. All finished and unfinished documents, data, reports or other material prepared by the Recipient under the Contract shall, at the Authority’s option, become the property of the Authority.
Rights in Products. All finished and unfinished documents, data, reports or other material prepared by the Subrecipient under this Grant Agreement shall, at the Authority’s option, become the property of the Authority.
Rights in Products. All finished and unfinished documents, data, reports, or other material prepared by the Awardee under this Agreement shall, at NDDOT’s option, become the property of NDDOT.
