Copyright Mortgages means, collectively and individually, each copyright mortgage and assignment, dated on or about the date hereof, executed, notarized and delivered by B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in favor of L▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, substantially in a form as set forth on Exhibit “B”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
