Rights of Access and Parking. The owners and operators of the Private Amenities, and the members (regardless of whether such members are Owners hereunder), guests, invitees, employees, agents, contractors, and designees of each shall at all times have a right and nonexclusive easement of access and use over all roadways located within the Properties reasonably necessary to travel to and from the Private Amenities and over those portions of the Properties (whether Common Area or otherwise) reasonably necessary to the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Private Amenities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, members, guests, and invitees of any Private Amenity and permitted members of the public shall have the right to park their vehicles on the roadways located within the Properties at reasonable times before, during, and after golf tournaments and other similar functions.

Rights of Access and Parking. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the owners of the Country Club and its members (regardless of whether such members are Owners hereunder), their guests, employees, agents, contractors, designers and members of the general public using the Country Club and related golf, tennis, dining and other facilities, shall at all times have a right and non-exclusive easement of access and use over S.W. Country Club Drive and Mockingbird Drive reasonably necessary to provide access to the Country Club and, further, over those portions of the Properties, the Common Areas, S.W. Country Club Drive and Mockingbird Drive reasonably necessary to the use, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Country Club and related golf, tennis, dining and other facilities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, members of the public attending tournaments and functions at the Country Club shall have the right to park their vehicles on S.W. Country Club Drive, Mockingbird Drive and the roadways (excluding St. Lucie West Boulevard) located throughout the Properties at reasonable times before, during and after golf tournaments and other functions held by/at the Country Club.

  • Rights of Ingress and Egress The rights of ingress to, and egress from, Government facilities for the Contractor's personnel must be specified in the task order. Specific federally-controlled facilities or those areas located within a given facility may have additional security clearance requirements must be specified in the task order. Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, shall have in their possession, at all times while working, the specific Government identification credential issued by the Government. The identification credential shall be displayed and be visible at all times while on Government property. During all operations on Government premises, the Contractor's personnel shall comply with the rules and regulations governing the facility access policies and the conduct of personnel. The Government reserves the right to require Contractor personnel to "sign-in" upon entry and "sign-out" upon departure from the Government facilities. The Contactor shall be responsible for ensuring that all identification credentials are returned to the issuing agency whenever contract employees leave the contract, when the task order has been completed, employees leave the company, or employees are dismissed or terminated. The Contractor shall notify the issuing agency whenever employee badges are lost.

  • Rights of Access The employee shall be given access to copies of all materials supporting the proposed action and shall be provided with copies upon request.

Each Party shall ensure that enterprises of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecommunications network or service, including leased circuits, offered in its territory or across its borders on a timely basis and on terms and conditions that are reasonable and non-discriminatory such as those set out in paragraphs 2 to 6.

Subrecipient shall make available its books, documents, papers, financial records, etc., within three (3) days after receipt of written demand by Director which shall be deemed received upon date of sending. In the event Subrecipient does not make the above referenced documents available within the County of Orange, California, Subrecipient agrees to pay all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by County, or County’s designee, in conducting any audit at the location where said records and books of account are maintained.

  • Maintaining Confidentiality of Access Passwords Where access to the Licensed Materials is to be controlled by use of passwords, Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to inform Authorized Users that they should not divulge their numbers and passwords to any third party. Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will also use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of any institutional passwords provided by Licensor.

  • Rights of use of the results and of pre-existing rights by the NA and the Union The beneficiaries grant the NA and the Union the following rights to use the results of the project:
