Rights of eviction. We may terminate our contract with you and ask you to leave your Accommodation immediately (without any compensation being payable) if we consider that you or your party have committed a breach of these terms and conditions including but not limited to:- We consider that your or your party’s behaviour endangers the safety of the owners or staff. Any complaints are made of anti-social or unacceptable behaviour against you or your party. You or your Party cause damage to the Property or its contents including carrying out unsafe or unacceptable activities at the Property; or you exceed the maximum occupancy limit for the Property. Events beyond our control We will not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by an event outside our control. An event outside our control means any act or event that is beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, severe weather event, drought, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

  • Rights of Stewards When it is necessary for a xxxxxxx to leave his/her work area to investigate and adjust grievances or to investigate a specific problem to determine whether to file a grievance, the xxxxxxx shall request permission from the immediate supervisor and such request shall not be unreasonably denied. In the event the duties require the xxxxxxx leave the work area and enter another area within the installation or post office, the xxxxxxx must also receive permission from the supervisor from the other area he/she wishes to enter and such request shall not be unreasonably denied. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied. While serving as a xxxxxxx or chief xxxxxxx, an employee may not be involuntarily transferred to another tour, to another station or branch of the particular post office or to another independent post office or installation unless there is no job for which the employee is qualified on such tour, or in such sta- tion or branch, or post office. All polygraph tests will continue to be on a voluntary basis.

  • CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES ACT 1999 A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
