Rights of Unit Members to Representation. 12.3.1 The grievant has the right to have a representative present at any step of the grievance procedure or be represented by counsel of his/her choice. 12.3.2 No reprisals of any kind will be taken by the Board or its agent(s) or designee(s) against any aggrieved person. 12.3.3 Until final disposition of a grievance takes place, the grievant is required to conform to the original direction of his/her supervisor (with exception of Article 14).
