RIGHTS RETAINED BY COUNTY. The County retains all the customary usual and exclusive rights, decision-making prerogatives, functions, and authority connected with or in any way incident to its responsibility to manage the affairs of the County and any County department. The rights of employees in the bargaining unit and union are limited to those specifically set forth in this Agreement, and County retains all prerogatives, functions and rights not specifically limited by the terms of this Agreement. The County shall have no obligation to bargain with the union with respect to any such subjects or the exercise of its discretion and decision-making with regard thereto, any subjects covered by the terms of this Agreement and closed to further bargaining for the term hereof, and any subject which was, or might have been, raised in the course of the collective bargaining. The union, however, does not waive any express or implied rights as entitled under PECBA and the Employment Relations Board including bargaining obligations for mandatory subjects of bargaining.

  • Rights Retained The Employer retains all rights to manage, direct and control its operations in all particulars, subject to the provisions of law, personnel regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they are applicable. These rights shall include but not be limited to:

  • Termination by County In addition to any other termination rights set out herein, this Agreement may be revoked and terminated at any time by County if such revocation and termination is reasonably required by the public interest (as hereinafter set forth), after providing fifteen (15) days written notice to the Licensee. Subject to prior written notification to Licensee or its successors-in-interest, revocation and termination of this Agreement is reasonably required by the public interest if:

  • Assistance by COUNTY STAFF 1.3.1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A-E in connection with the work of this CONTRACT. Said staff member's duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A-E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous items which in the judgment of A-E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and all other duties as may be described in Attachment A.

  • REGULAR SERVICES BY COUNTY 23 1. COUNTY, through its Sheriff-Coroner and deputies, officers and employees, 24 hereinafter referred to as “SHERIFF”, shall render to CITY law enforcement 25 services as hereinafter provided. Such services shall include the 26 enforcement of lawful State statutes and lawful municipal ordinances of 27 CITY other than licensing ordinances.

  • CAISO and Participating TO Obligations The CAISO and Participating TO shall cause the Participating TO’s Transmission System to be operated and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The Participating TO at the Interconnection Customer’s expense shall cause the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The CAISO and Participating TO may provide operating instructions to the Interconnection Customer consistent with this LGIA and Participating TO and CAISO operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. The Participating TO and CAISO will consider changes to their operating protocols and procedures proposed by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Participating TO Retail Metering The Participating TO may install retail revenue quality meters and associated equipment, pursuant to the Participating TO’s applicable retail tariffs.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • FEES AND EXPENSES RELATING TO SERVICES 15.1 In consideration of the provision of the Services, Transnet will pay to the Service Provider the Fees detailed in the relevant schedule or Work Order.

  • A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following:
