Rights While on Suspension. 1. If recalled, the individual shall have the right to return to the same seniority level and total sick leave accumulation. 2. The employee shall have the right to all insurance benefits for a period of twenty-four (24) months providing the employee meets the eligibility requirements set forth by the carrier. The employee must pay the full cost of the premium fifteen (15) days prior to the due date.
