Xxxx Leave Accumulation. Xxxx leave does not accrue separately, like annual leave, on a regular basis; it accumulates through conversion of excess of hours of annual leave to sick leave as of December 31 of each year. Non-cashable annual leave under this article cannot be converted to cash.
Xxxx Leave Accumulation. Using the method of calculation described in Article 28 of the prior Agreement, the retirement severance benefit for each employee will be determined, subject to the following adjustments:
1. Sick leave accumulation shall be calculated as of August 31, 2005, and a number of days equal to the average of the employee’s annual accrual of sick days, shall be assumed to accumulate for each individual from the date to age fifty-eight (58).
2. In no case will the assumed annual accrual be less than five (5) days or more than (9) days.
Xxxx Leave Accumulation. All full-time regular employees shall receive 6.667 hours sick leave per pay period with accumulation to 960 hours. An employee may utilize sick leave for absences necessitated by any of the following:
1. for the employee's own illness, disability, child bearing, or child-bearing-related problems, necessary medical and dental care, possible exposure of other employees or the public to infections or contagious disease;
2. for illness to persons covered under the FMLA; or -·
3. for illness or injury to the employee's family as defined by and limited by Xxxx. Stat. Sec. 181.9413. - Xxxx leave taken to care for an employee's sick child shall be limited to such periods as the employee's attendance with the child may be necessary. Family Medical Leave will run concurrently with any other leave.
Xxxx Leave Accumulation. All full time administrators will receive sick leave with full pay up to fifteen (15) working days in each school year while they are serving as a full-time administrator of the District. The yearly allotment of sick leave for administrators working part-time will be pro-rated. Days are credited on the first full administrator workday of each work year. Any administrator may accumulate full paid sick leave from year to year, up to a maximum of two hundred and twenty (220) days. Administrators will be notified of the extent of their accumulated sick leave no later than November 1st of the current school year.
Xxxx Leave Accumulation. Faculty members shall accrue sick leave at a rate of one day per each month of employment. Part-time faculty members shall be entitled to prorated sick leave based on the number of days and portion of days worked. Unused sick leave days shall accumulate without limitations.
Xxxx Leave Accumulation. Each member of the bargaining unit who is employed by the Board shall be entitled to fifteen (15) days sick leave with pay each year. This sick leave shall be awarded in the following manner:
1. Each bargaining unit member shall accrue 1.25 days sick leave per month totaling 15 (fifteen) days per year.
2. Certified/licensed employees who are less than full time may accrue sick leave days on a pro-rata basis based on the number of hours worked.
3. Bargaining unit members may be advanced a maximum of five (5) days per year which will reduce future sick leave accrual. If a member leaves the district prior to repaying advanced sick leave days, his/her final pay will be reduced by his/her per diem rate for the remaining unpaid days.
4. Unused sick leave shall be cumulative (at the previous stated rate of 15 days per year) up to three hundred twenty (320) days. After the three hundred twenty (320) day limit is reached, no sick leave will accumulate. Any bargaining unit member with a balance greater than three hundred twenty (320) days as of September 1, 2010 will maintain that balance without further accumulation minus any usage.
5. The Treasurer’s Office will notify all employees monthly of their accumulated sick leave status. Notifications shall be made on employee’s direct deposit notice email.

Up to 80 hours of cashable annual leave may be converted to a cashable sick leave account upon request from the employee before the last full pay period of September of each year. Xxxx Leave Accumulation. 1. An employee accumulates one-half (½) day of sick leave for each calendar month of service in which he/she is paid twelve (12) or more complete days.
2. Unused sick leave days shall accumulate from year to year to an unlimited amount.
Xxxx Leave Accumulation. Personal sick leave shall accrue at the rate of one (1) day per month, accumulating to a maximum of one- hundred sixty-five (165) days (e.g., twelve (12) month employees -- twelve (12) days; ten (10) month employees -- ten (10) days; nine (9) month employees -- nine (9) days, etc.). When part-time personnel change to full-time, accumulated part-time sick leave days will be pro-rated on a full-time equivalency basis.
