Riparian Condition. Permittee will maintain Riparian exclusion fencing, Xxxx-Xxxx Bridge, Wet Crossing, and livestock watering sites in Boot Field, Filed #3 and Gravel Pit Field. In the event more than 25% of the current exclusion fencing is destroyed by a flood, Permittee will meet with agencies and funding sources to consider alternatives. E.3.d.2 Substrate Quality Permittee will conduct a site visit with agency representatives to determine if the stream reach has spawning substrate. Pasture Management -Maintain soil moisture probe in Field #4. Riparian Condition. Riparian Planting -Within the riparian fenced areas, efforts to establish riparian trees have been taken along approximately 300 feet of river bank at the south end of the Enrolled Property up to a distance of approximately 20-feet from the bank. Riparian Fencing -Riparian exclusion fencing has been completed for the entire Enrolled Property. The Permittee will continue to perform the yearly maintenance (replace posts, functioning gates, etc.) of the riparian fence over the duration of the Agreement. Riparian fencing widths range from 10 feet to over 100 feet along the river and as much as 500 feet (estimate of the XX xxxx corner of the Enrolled Property). All riparian zones will continue to be managed under riparian grazing plan, where cattle are only allowed to access area under HVR management, they don’t have free access.

  • Room Condition The university agrees to provide and the resident agrees to maintain the assigned room and all public areas in and around the immediate building(s) accessible to the resident in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. Upon termination of this agreement, the student should leave the assigned room, its furnishings, and its equipment in as good an order and condition as the same were upon commencement of the student’s occupancy, ordinary wear and tear excepted. University staff will complete an inventory of furnishings and an assessment of damages; charges will be assessed to the responsible individual(s). Personal property left in a room following the termination of occupancy will be deemed abandoned. Students will be charged for the removal of such property.

  • SUPERIOR CONDITIONS 21.01 All existing benefits, rights, privileges, practices, terms or conditions of employment which may be considered to be superior to those contained herein and which are set out in Appendix 4 are specifically retained by this Agreement unless otherwise agreed by the local parties. The parties agree to remove from Appendix 4 those superior conditions which no longer have application. Where the parties cannot agree on whether a superior condition continues to have application, the issue will be reduced to a grievance and referred to arbitration.
