Allow Access. The Tenant must allow the Landlord, its contractor and professional team access to the Premises, both while the Tenant’s Works are being carried out and afterwards, at reasonable times and on reasonable prior notice, and will give the Landlord the information it reasonably requests to establish that the Tenant’s Works are being and have been carried out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Allow Access. The Recipient agrees that upon the Trust’s request it shall provide, at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, access to their premises, personnel and records (physical files and electronic) in relation to the Project for the purpose of audit and verification of work undertaken and other reasonable purposes in connection with this Deed. The Recipient shall ensure that the Trust has the same rights of access in respect of any Sub-Recipient.
Allow Access. The Recipient agrees that upon the Ministry’s request it shall provide, at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, access to their premises, personnel and records (physical files and electronic) for the purpose of audit and verification of work undertaken in accordance with clause 5.3 and Schedule 3 (Audit) and other reasonable purposes in connection with this Deed. The Recipient shall ensure that the Ministry has the same rights of access in respect of any Sub-Recipient.
Allow Access. Subject to Clause 9.2 (Extent of Access), Reuters shall, and shall procure that other members of the Reuters Group shall, allow BT, other members of the BT Group and their respective Subcontractors reasonable access to: 9.1.1 the Facilities where Equipment or Communications Assets are, or are to be, located in each case as are reasonably necessary for work related to the installation, inspection, maintenance and de-installation of the Equipment or Communications Assets or as otherwise required in order to provide the Services; and 9.1.2 Reuters Personnel as is reasonably necessary for work related to the installation, inspection, maintenance and de-installation of the Equipment or Communications Assets, and BT shall procure that all BT Personnel exercise due care to minimise disruption when on a Facility (taking into account BT’s obligation to provide the Services to the standard of Good Professional Practice). Allow Access. Upon reasonable advance notice, give Buyer and its authorized representatives full access during normal business hours to all properties, books, facilities, records, contracts and documents and furnish or cause to be furnished to Buyer or its authorized representatives all information with respect to the affairs and business of the Stations as Buyer may reasonably request (it being understood that the rights of Buyer under this subparagraph shall not be exercised in such a manner as to interfere unreasonably with the operation of the Stations); provided, however, that Buyer will indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless from any actual liability resulting from Buyer's access to and use of the foregoing properties, books, etc., from the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date;

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services.   • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time.   • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Emergency Access Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time without notice in the event of an emergency.
